Reynold Franklin

Chief Executive Officer

Reynold Franklin presents 23 years of insights to Stueve’ s business, strategy and operations having held various positions within the company since 1999.He had been on executive Leadership role as well as served multiple key responsibilities for Engineering, Project Management, and technical standards development.

Reynold was appointed CEO of Stueve Construction LLC. in September 2015.

Under his leadership and vision, Stueve has grown to be a Specialized Design-Build firm in the Agricultural sector and has changed focus to provide turnkey solutions, offering Engineering and Construction Management Services. Reynold leads Stueve India, an Engineering division, based in Chennai, India as well as executes major turnkey Projects with Integrated Solutions.

Reynold graduated from West Virginia University with a PhD degree in Civil Engineering. He also holds an MBA degree from University of Colorado and is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states across U.S.

James Bishop

VP Operations

Jim Bishop has over 34 years of experience in Engineering & Construction Operations. Prior to joining Stueve in 2021, Jim served number of years in senior operational roles, including at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company (CB&I) for nearly 30 years.

Mr. Bishop has significant on-site experience with all aspects of turnkey facility operations including civil, mechanical, tanks, electrical, instrumentation, and Construction Operations.  He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Illinois and passed the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.

Jim graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Business Administration in Project Management degree from Western Carolina.

Russ Buscher

VP Engineering

Russell Buscher is the VP of Engineering at Stueve Construction LLC, offering over 30 years of experience in various key roles he holds in Stueve. He leads the Engineering and Drafting team in developing the construction documents. Russell extends his experience, assisting the Project Engineers and Superintendents with various project components. He is also involved in the Conceptual and Estimating phases of the projects.

Russell earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Iowa State University in 1989 and is currently Licensed as a Structural Engineer in many states throughout the U.S. Following his graduation, he worked on the East Coast for a couple of years designing forming and shoring systems for concrete structures. After his stint in North Carolina, Russell moved back to his hometown to work at Stueve Construction in 1991.

Roderick Hedner

VP Sales and Marketing

Roderick Hedner is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and is responsible for our sales, marketing, and growth efforts for our customers, employees, and trade partners as well as having direct management of defined sales territories.

Mr. Hedner’s background includes leading direct and indirect teams of 200+ over twenty years in the ag and industrial sector across sales, market development, administration, strategic planning, and execution.  He’s led organizations to sizable P&L improvements and led in the development of over $650 million in value-added capital investments.

Roderick holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of North Dakota and a Master’s degree from Michigan State University.

David Bauman

VP Field Operations

Dave Bauman is the VP of Construction for Stueve Construction LLC. Some of his roles include but not limited to managing and overseeing all field Operations, Plan review and actively participating in pre-construction phase.

Dave started his career in Stueve as a Construction Crew. He worked alongside his dad, Dave Bauman Sr. who shared him, his vast knowledge and expertise of stueve buildings. This experience along with watching his dad at the Jobsites ever since he was a young boy, provided Dave practical knowledge and skills in managing projects which helped him advance to his current role.

His exceptional motivation and communication skills and the ability to work through day-to-day challenges make him a valuable part of our construction team
