Badger, MN – CHS Ag Services

CHS Ag Services is a robust agricultural cooperative with 17 locations located in northwestern MN and northeastern ND. They are a locally governed ag service center who is part of CHS, Inc., the nation’s leading farmer-owned cooperative. CHS strives to “create connections to empower agriculture” and Stueve Construction is incredibly proud to have partnered with such a great organization on this project.

What They Needed
CHS was looking to provide dry fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, chemistry and seed to this underserved market area. Our goal was to provide them with a solution that included a comprehensive suite of solutions across dry fertilizer, liquid storage and seed handling solutions in a way that utilized their greenfield land efficiently from receiving through loadout.

What Stueve Designed
We designed and built a dry facility with just under 8,200 tons of dry fertilizer storage, a Chemical & Seed Warehouse and an Office. This multi-building “Agronomy Center” solution was custom designed by Stueve’s in-house team.
