Landus has unveiled a cutting-edge three-bay facility in Boone, Iowa, dedicated to liquid fertilizer, chemical manufacturing, and repackaging. Built and designed by Stueve Construction and equipped with a Kahler Automation system, the facility boasts two access-controlled bays that allow for simultaneous product dispensing, even without staff, 24/7. This innovative setup ensures that every product is weighed accurately during dispensing, enhancing reliability and reducing maintenance needs.

What we designed.

Landus has engaged Stueve Construction to build a cutting-edge three-bay liquid fertilizer and chemical facility in Boone, Iowa. This state-of-the-art system includes two bays designed for simultaneous, unstaffed product dispensing, operational 24/7, and a bay dedicated to product reception. With a focus on streamlined installation and maintenance, the localized control design ensures seamless connectivity. This facility is engineered for operational efficiency, guaranteeing that customers receive accurate and prompt service, meeting both current and future demands.
