Battle Creek, Nebraska Farmers Pride Cooperative

What Our Client Needed

Farmers Pride Cooperative had a old storage building that was long past its prime, They needed more granular fertilizer storage to expand the business footprint in the area as well as increase the speed and efficiency for the location.

At one point the were thinking about 2 smaller plants then figured a single large facility would work better for the coop members and customers.

What Stueve Designed & Built

Farmers Pride was the general contractor for the new fertilizer building project. Stueve Construction was chosen as the building supplier and coordinated all the selected trade partners. Stueve project managers held weekly conference calls with everyone involved in the project to ensure transparency and a fertilizer facility the was delivered on time and on budget.

Farmers Pride selected the Stueve Exclusive option of Decra Plus Metal Roof Shingles, which come with a 50 year warranty. The new dry fertilizer plant will last the 50+ years and serve growers for generations.
