This innovative system enhances productivity and effectiveness, ensuring minimal delays for both applicators and patrons. By incorporating advanced solutions, CPI consistently meets current demands with efficiency, maintaining smooth and prompt operations.

WHAT THEY NEEDED

Cooperative Producers, Inc. (CPI) is advancing their operations with a state-of-the-art agronomy center designed to meet increasing regional demands. The facility will significantly enhance capacity and efficiency, functioning as the primary hub for retail and wholesale liquid fertilizer distribution. With the ability to process over 200 orders daily through dual ERP systems, and featuring automated 24/7 loadout bays, CPI aims to slash wait times and boost productivity. This strategic upgrade positions CPI to better serve its customers with industry-leading service speeds.

WHAT WE DESIGNED

Stueve Construction successfully built the state-of-the-art fertilizer/chemical facility in Hastings, NE, featuring seven access-controlled bays for efficient product dispensing and receiving. Bays one to three are dedicated to liquid fertilizer load-out, while bays four to six accommodate both fertilizer and chemicals.
